Shipping Methods

We ship domestically and Worldwide!

All domestic orders are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Prices will vary depending on weight and size.

All orders will ship out within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.  

Standard domestic shipping is free within the United States. Any expedited rates will be the buyers responsibility. International postage prices will be calculated by request and will be based on weight and size of the item(s) and destination.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise noted. 

Domestic: USPS priority (1-3 day delivery time once shipped)

International: USPS Priority Mail (1-3 week delivery time once shipped). Payment of any additional VAT Fees/Import duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. Contact for rates.

Please contact us to accommodate special requests for expediting or insurance prior to purchasing.

+ Please keep in mind that international orders can, in rare cases, take up to one or two months to arrive depending on which country they are going to, and the customs hold times. Sometimes your packages are waiting for you at your local post office or being held up in customs. If your package is lost for some reason, you will receive store credit or an immediate exchange for the amount of the lost item. Please be patient in waiting for your orders. 


Return and Exchange Policy

PURCHASE CAREFULLY AS ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL

Though all sales are considered final, returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, primarily if there was a significant error in the listing. Great care is taken to provide accurate measurements for each piece. Returns due to measurements or buyers remorse are not accepted, however, we may be able to offer an exchange/store credit on a case by case basis. Only one exchange per order will be allowed. 

If a store credit or exchange is accepted, all shipping charges incurred from shipping items back to us will be the buyers responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancellations will, for the most part, only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. We also understand that things come up, so requests made after that time period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages! If you suspect either, please be in touch.
